Terms of service

Terms & Conditions

We sell business-to-business only. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting in the course of business and have authority to bind the business you represent. Consumer rights legislation (e.g., Consumer Contracts Regulations) does not apply.

  • Goods: the products listed on the Site (e.g., cookware, serveware, tableware, kitchenware, glassware, electronics, catering items).

  • Order: your request to purchase Goods from us.

  • Contract: the agreement between you and us for the supply of Goods under these Terms.

Using the Site & your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

  • Content on the Site is for guidance only; minor specification or colour variations may occur.

Product information

  • We take care to ensure descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate; however, reasonable tolerances apply (e.g., manufacturing or batch variations).

  • Packaging may vary from images. Accessories shown in lifestyle images may not be included unless stated.

Pricing, VAT & errors

  • Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT (and any other applicable taxes) will be added at checkout.

  • We may change prices at any time before acceptance of your Order.

  • If we discover a pricing or description error, we may reject or cancel your Order and issue a refund (if paid).

Minimum orders, “Buy in Pack” & bulk discounts

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and “Buy in Pack” rules apply as shown on product pages.

  • Mixed-carton ordering and bulk discounts are available where specified.

  • We may set limits per SKU to protect availability.

Placing an Order & acceptance

  • Your Order is an offer to buy Goods. A Contract forms only when we issue an Order Confirmation (email) or dispatch the Goods—whichever occurs first.

  • We may refuse Orders (e.g., due to stock, credit concerns, sanction/AML checks, compliance).

Payment terms

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is in advance at checkout.

  • If we grant credit terms, invoices are payable [e.g., 30 days EOM] from the invoice date.

  • Late amounts accrue interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (statutory interest and compensation).

  • We may suspend supply until overdue sums are paid.

Delivery, risk & title

  • UK delivery options and charges are shown at checkout; international/exports by agreement (Incoterms® 2020 as specified on your invoice).

  • Risk in the Goods passes on delivery to your address or to the carrier you nominate.

  • Title/ownership remains with us until we receive payment in full for all sums due (retention of title/Romalpa clause).

  • Delivery times are estimates only; time is not of the essence.

Inspection, shortages & damage

  • You must inspect Goods on delivery and report any shortages or visible damage within 48 hours with photos and delivery note reference.

  • Non-delivery must be reported within 5 business days of expected delivery.

Returns & RMA (business customers)

  • Returns are by prior authorisation only. Contact us for an RMA within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Returned Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

  • Custom, special-order, or clearance Goods are non-returnable unless faulty.

Safety & instructions

  • You must follow all safety guidance and care instructions (e.g., chafing dish fuel safety, temperature limits for glass/ceramic, non-stick use with non-metal utensils).

  • You are responsible for providing end-user safety guidance where you resell Goods.

Compliance & resale

  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your territory (labelling, product safety, food-contact declarations where required).

  • You must not remove or alter brand marks, safety labels, or certification markings.

  • We do not grant any right to use our trademarks, images, or marketing assets without written consent (see IP).

Intellectual property

  • All Site content, product data, images, and branding are our or our licensors’ intellectual property.

  • You may use our product images and copy solely to market and sell our Goods you purchase from us, provided you: (a) keep attributions/marks intact, (b) do not imply endorsement, and (c) remove on our request.

Liability

  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • Subject to the above, we are not liable for: loss of profit, loss of sales, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our total liability for all claims arising under a Contract shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods giving rise to the claim.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier failures, raw-material shortages, epidemics, extreme weather, war, government action). We’ll notify you and perform as soon as reasonably possible.

Promotions & samples

  • Promotions/discounts are subject to published rules and may be withdrawn without notice.

  • Samples are supplied at our discretion and may not match final production exactly.

Third-party links

Links on the Site to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Prohibited uses

You must not misuse the Site (introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape excessively, or use content in breach of IP rights).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Site. The Terms in force at the time of your Order will apply to that Order.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any Contract are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
